Close the Control Panel

Open gpedit.msc

Disable: Computer configuration/Administrative Templates/System/Internet Communication Management/Internet Communication/Turn off access to all Windows Update features

Enable: Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Windows Update/Configure Automatic Updates

Open Regedit

Set HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Policies/Explorer/NoWindowsUpdate to 0
