Domain Network Printers Are Not In Add Printers List WS2008R2

Domain computers fail to see server shared printers in the domain

On the print server (or whatever is sharing them) open Devices and Printers
 Right-click printer and select Printer Properties (NOT PROPERTIES)
  Click the Sharing tab, ensure Sharing and List in the directory are checked

Open gpedit.msc
 Navigate to: Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Printers
  Set Allow printers to be published to Enabled
  Set Automatically publish new printers in Active Directory to Enabled
  Set Check published state to Enabled and set Published State Check Interval to 30 minutes
  Close gpedit

Open Services
 Restart the Print Spooler service to activate the changes.
