Download a copy of the MediaCreationTool from Microsoft. GIYF.

Open a command tool, navigate to the downloads folder.

mediacreationtool20h2.exe /Eula Accept /Retail /MediaLangCode en-us /MediaArch x64 /MediaEdition Enterprise

When prompted for a Product Code/ID enter: NPPR9-FWDCX-D2C8J-H872K-2YT43

The Product Code is only for a download, not for activation.
