Multi-platform Rate Test Utility

I needed a quick, dirt simple, platform independent rate tool, so I pared down and modified the NetCPS source. The MB/s is the only metric.

Compiles with Visual Studio 2012, kDevelop 4.6, and XCode 5.1.1. Note the Linux and OSX in.h headers MUST be modified. They both contain incomplete in_addr structs.
