Spicy Chicken Thighs

Yup, another non technical post.

If you prefer less spicy, or have puny thighs, cut the spice amounts in half.

2 tbsp olive oil (or whatever you’ve got)
4 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
4 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
2.5 tsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper (half for pussies)
8 skinless thighs, trimmed of fat

Fire up the the BROILER.

Mix oil and spices in a bowl. Coat chicken, place on broiler tray/baking sheet. Wash the bowl.

6 tbsp honey
3 tsp cider vinegar.

Mix honey and vinegar in bowl.

Place chicken in broiler for (boneless 5, bone in 7.5) minutes. Remove and flip chicken. Place chicken back in broiler for (boneless 5, bone in 7.5) minutes. Remove chicken, apply glaze to chicken, place back in oven for 1 minute. Remove and flip chicken, apply glaze to chicken, place back in oven for 1 minute.
